Hard Rock excavations are done by us without using any blasting methods, this excavation is for industrial buildings, factories, commercial buildings, residential apartments using heavy earth moving equipments and using latest without blasting technologies.

As technology is speeding up, there is new innovations is happening  in the field of rock excavation to excavate all types of hard rock at the earliest, without using any blasting methods.

Presently we are using and doing R & D in below mentioned (without blasting methodologies) for hard rock excavation where rock blasting is strictly prohibited.

1. Rock breaking using rock splitting method, using hydraulic rock splitters,

2. Rock sawing using diamond wire saw equipment.

3. Rock cracking using chemical expansion mortar to crack the rock, and breaking it using hydraulic rock breakers.

4. Rock bursting method using hydraulic rock busting equipments.

5. Rock breaking using excavator mounted heavy hydraulic rock breakers to break the rock.

6. Rock breaking by tractor mounted pneumatic compressors Using manual chiseling and wedging method.
